Why Should You Work With Catherine Barden?

I was brought up in real estate, working side-by-side with my mother in a thriving family-owned brokerage. In this environment I developed a strong command of real estate fundamentals early in my career, along with an appreciation of the work ethic and values needed to be successful. Customer satisfaction has always been, and will always be my #1 priority.

With a B.S. degree in Marketing from San Jose State University, I worked for years in marketing and sales. This experience honed my skills in presenting, negotiating, and consulting. I realized early on the importance of "owning" all transactions with great attention to detail. In real estate, almost every transaction has over 100 pages requiring up to 50 signatures and initials, with "every i dotted and every t crossed." The slightest mistake could be very costly to you.

I live and own property in San Diego's North County and work full time as a Real Estate Consultant. I am passionate about this business and when we work together, I will use my experience, skills, and focus to understand your needs and negotiate on your behalf. You can expect me to ask a lot of questions and listen actively to understand what's important to you. As your Real Estate Consultant, I take ownership for capturing and processing all the details and working with you to close your deal!
